RisolvaTerms of service
These terms govern your use of Risolva, an AI customer-support platform operated by Century 21 Computer Systems, Karachi, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You need an account to use Risolva. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use Risolva to:
- Send spam, scams, or messages that violate platform rules of WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger.
- Process data you don't have a legal basis to process.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Impersonate another business, or build features that mislead end-users about whether they're talking to a human or an AI.
3. Your content
Everything you upload — documents, conversations, contacts — stays yours. You grant us the limited licence we need to host, process, and display it for the purpose of running the service. We don't train foundation models on it.
4. Plans, billing, and trials
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time before the next renewal from your workspace settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Free trials convert to paid plans only if you choose to add a payment method.
5. Beta features
Some features are labelled "beta" or "early access". They may change, break, or disappear without notice. We don't recommend relying on them for production-critical workflows.
6. AI output
The AI agent generates replies based on the documents you provide and the messages it receives. It can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing how the agent behaves in your workspace and for setting confidence thresholds and human-handoff rules that fit your business.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Risolva available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime during the beta period. We'll give reasonable notice of planned maintenance.
8. Termination
You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
